Description: Project consists of 9000 sq. ft. two-story medical office complex with a 2250 sq. ft radiology vault. Framing of the complex consisted of steel beams and columns with metal stud curtain walls. Floor framing consisted of metal decking with concrete topper. Radiology vault consisted of concrete walls as well as a concrete lid.

Description: Project consists of the addition of exterior housekeeping pads for the proposed boilers. The pads were designed for the weight of the boilers as well as it's seismic anchorage. In addition, a roof cover was designed utilizing steel beams with corrugated metal decking and columns with knee braces as well as a CMU (masonry) enclosure wall.

Description: Project consists of a proposed two-story single family residence with a subterranean basement. In addition, the project consisted of two detached structures designed on a mat foundation.
Roof framing consisted of primarily conventional "stick" framing with steel bent frames to accommodate vaulted ceilings.
Floor and basement framing consisted of prefabricated wood "I" joists. Basement retaining walls were constructed utilizing concrete.
